Born and raised in Philadelphia, Wali has always had a passion for photography and film since a child, wanting to capture everything he saw while driving around the historic city with his photographer father. Wali graduated with honors with an Associate's Degree in Digital Video Production and received the school's first College Production Mid-Atlantic Emmy Award in 2013.
